A group of nine Timperley DofE leaders attended a 16-hour Outdoor First Aid course last weekend at the centre. This course is essential for the team of volunteers to ensure that they can get their Lowland Leader or Mountain Leader qualifications, or for their existing qualifications to remain valid. The course needs to be taken every 3 years.

All nine of our leaders completed their training and passed their exams, and so did two of the leaders from our AAP provider (Mountain Trek).
